002 LECTURE

002 Lecture

When you look at an image, what appears from a distance is a final composite but when you look closer at 100x magnification, more information is revealed. This information is related to coordination, color ration, and geometric information that formulate into an overall image. This algorithmic detailed information is precise in color and layout that when multiple elements are combined, that begin to form a picture. These elements are known as pixels; little square bits that contain color, combined with coordination that articulate when and how the image will be formed.

This lecture will cover the most basic yet the most critical fundamentals of control and elements in pixel manipulation. It is important that you understand the basics of image ratio and dimension to control image manipulation. This is the beginning of a set of series that will deal with a pixel assignment to a set of digital collages (soon to come).
